Magnus Öström was the drummer of forward-thinking Swedish jazz group Esbjörn Svensson Trio. He released a pretty nice solo album this year called Thread Of Life. I bought Thread of life before one month. It's a fantastic album. I'm a big fan of E.S.T. I agree for his addition here.

I gave up on trying to be important on PA because I'm always going to be a loser. I'm not sure about the addition because most of the album is just a nu-jazz version of post-bop; not much progressiveness happening.
