Hey, so I am just getting into Art Zoyd and have listened to a few of their albums already.....Berlin was the album that seemed to hit me the hardest. I was wondering if there are any other Art Zoyd albums similar to Berlin or which albums have songs with vocals similar to the ones on "Baboon's Blood" and "Unsex Me Here". Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

AZ are fairly unique sounding. I don't think they have any other songs like "Unsex Me Here." Musically, there might be some Industrial and electronic music from the 1980s which sounds similar to Berlin. Can't think of any examples off the top of my head.

I adore Art Zoyd and Berlin is a very good album.  I expect you'd like Faust if you haven't heard it already.

I agree with the above. Faust is probably the closest thing to Berlin (without really sounding like it). And Faust is top notch as well.

Ah yes Faust sounds awesome so far.I love Thierry Zaboitzeff's vocals but they never seem to come up very often. So far I have heard them a good amount on Faust.  I definitely think I could get into this.  I want to see the film now as well......

Thanks for the recommendation!

You might like Zaboitzeff solo as well.

Vocals are good when they happen.  They're very good on Sortie 134 off Le Mariage du Ciel... (I used to adore that track).  I think you'd like that aklbum too if you don't have it.  Generation sans Futur is my particular Art Zoyd fave long with les Espaces Inquiets, and of course GsF has the vocals in La Ville (great track).

I love all the albums up to Berlin, as well as Haxan and Faust particularly.  Haxan is one I would recommend to people (the album that follows Faust).  Also has vocals in parts -- fantastic album, I think, and is my particular favourite modern (well 90s) Zoyd album.
