Vampillia is a Japanese band that has released 2 full-length albums and an EP, each with its own unique sound. I really don't know enough about the band to give a short biography, but I'm sure someone will enjoy their music. It undoubtedly progressive, sometimes sounding like Godspeed You! The first track sounded like avant-prog and the second like post-rock... I'll have to check more to understand what they're up to. I see there are only four short samples on MySpace, I'll look up their highest rated album, I'm curious now. |

I've heard the full album and it's full-blown post-rock; interesting how the ZART heard the same album but didn't think of post-rock. I took the suggestion to the team. |
