I hope I included everything needed in this nomination of Time Horizon for inclusion at ProgArchives.  Please don't hesitate to e-mail me if you would like a copy of the CD or full songs to review.

Why Time Horizon should be included at ProgArchives:

Time Horizon’s debut album “Living Water” is a collection of well-produced and surprisingly accessible songs featuring excellent musicianship and shifting time signatures.  Fans of Alan Parsons Project, The Flower Kings, and Kansas may find much to their liking here.  Although the output of this Symphonic prog band is musically more progressive than that of bands like Toto, Styx and Boston, I hear a distinct cross-over appeal to the classic AOR market, such that they may fit better in the “Cross-over Prog” subgenre than in the “Symphonic” one.  The CD/album artwork is excellent.  The sound production and engineering are of very high quality.  Individual instrumental performances are very good.  Most importantly, everything comes together to make the songs “work”.  Although this album won’t be “progressive enough” for some, it will certainly be of interest to many Progressive Rock / Album Rock fans.

Band Bio:

Keyboardist Ralph Otteson forged a working relationship and friendship with drummer/vocalist Bruce Gaetke while mixing down 32 track recordings of his Northern California rock band “Iron Clay Poets”. After the band broke up, fellow Iron Clay Poet  Dave Dickerson contributed guitar to jam sessions with Otteson and Gaetke.  Steve Gourley was recruited to on bass guitar.  The band began composing and performing new fresh original songs.  Time Horizon was born!

.

Creating original, challenging and meaningful compositions was a high priority from “day one”.  The group enjoyed performing together, fine-tuning their material for well over half a decade before deeming it ready for release to the world!

100% of the proceeds from the sale of the first 1000 copies of their 2011 debut album “Living Water” will be donated to Living Water International, a charity which helps fund the construction of fresh water wells for communities that suffer from disease and dehydration due to lack of access to sources of clean drinking water.

Time Horizon cites influences as wide and varied as Yes, Toto, Genesis, The Beatles, King Crimson, and Pink Floyd.

No, this is wonderfully acceptable. You even put more into it than 90% of other suggestors LOL
This sounds like a fine candidate for crossover. I'll alert the team.
