Recently discovered both bands and I've been enjoying them a lot. Both have high rated albums here in the archives and both names begins with "AN" (not important at all  )So which do you prefer? ------------- I look up, I'm almost blinded by the warmth of what's inside me and the taste that's in my soul, but I'm dead inside as I stand alone... |

Anekdoten really but I saw Anathema live and it was magical. BOTH ------------- I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth. |

Anathema were one of the main shape-formers of modern
prog/post-progressive, and they did a lot of truly masterpieceful
albums. 'Distant Satellites' showed how heartfelt and magnificent can
they be also in electronic music. As for Anekdoten... I love King Crimson's Red for too much to appreciate its pale copy. ------------- This night wounds time. |
