These guys released "Highly Publicised Digital Boxing Match" earlier this year on Cuneiform.

Live rendition of "They're in there"

They're really good, I think they are JR/F but I've never really been good at categorising music that kind of sits on the line, so I think these guys could fit in any of the three sections mentioned in the title.

I'm pretty sure any and all Cuneiform Records artists can fit under Avant. LOL
I'll alert the team.

I don't know that I'd go that far ... a fair amount of their stuff is pretty jazzy and not really prog. LOL

They seem to have a lot of fun...the latin element is the bass line, I think they are borderline with JR/F it may be because of the sax. However it's good stuff. The third clip in the channel is more experimental even if still very jazzy and with no sax. I'd go for JR/F

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Sounds like perfectly in between avant-prog (think Jean Louis, Neo, ZU and other similar (punk)jazz-based acts) and fusion. Tough one.
