Karreta is the band from Auckland, NZ http://www.myspace.com/kerretta" rel="nofollow - http://www.myspace.com/kerretta They released two full lenght CDs: Vilayer (2010) and Saansilo, (2011). Unfortunatly, I didn't find any Youtube samples of this nice band, so you ought to decide is their music enough progressive for PA while listening these samples at Myspace.

^ especially when suggesting bands to Prog Metal or Post Rock, searching on ProgFreak too is a good idea. Or maybe nothing showed up on PA because you mistook the band name (it's Kerretta not Karretta). |
