These guys are basically a prog death band. They have the odd Technical bit now and then, but they harken back to Death's later career

Death metal, sure, although I hear more of a black metal influence, but it is in no way progressive.

Another band called Dam from the same area is actually a lot progressive. They released a couple of LPs in their time. I got both of them. Well worth checking out.
