They were suggested to the Prog Folk team. I personally supported their inclusion but was not able to get consensus from the rest of the PF team.

I don't believe a reevaluation will make any difference to the Prog Folk team. Current 93 have been considered twice; there was very little support for their inclusion by the team either time, and since there hasn't been any new material to consider since then I don't think the outcome will be any different. As an aside Sol Invictus was also considered and rejected.
There might still be a possibility with Prog Related but you'd need to get the Admin group to agree to add them.
