Listening to the two samples I think you may fit in Neo-Prog or Symphonic. The first sample reminds a bit to Camel that's one of my favorite bands. For my tastes the two samples are good but a bit too light and easy, but I'm sure that you can find a lot of admirers in the neo-prog and symphonic prog fans.

Thanks, yes I agree this is a little on the lite side, but that is what we are after, there seems to be a trend for a heavier prog sound these days so we figured there was space fot a lighter offering. Having said that these mixes are a little to light in my view we aill look at that when we remix for the album.  Thanks though for an honest opinion, most welcome.....Keep in touch.....

Don't worry, that trend is only my personal in this period of my life. Just to say, Marillion are one of the most acclaimed bands on this site so I think that your kind of offering will surely find its buyers.

I suggest you to ask for inclusion in neo-prog, but I don't know if your single is enough to fit into the site's rules.
Best wishes

Have looked at the band's excellent website, and the pedigree of this band is without question, with musicians (and vocalist) from the recently re-formed Grey Lady Down and Sphere3 being involved in the project. Two songs will not be enough for evaluation though. An EP at the very least will need to have been released before this can happen.

Your album or EP will need to be sent to one of the neo prog team for the evaluation once it is ready. I suggest either http://www.progarchives.com/Collaborators.asp?id=21717" rel="nofollow - - DamoXt7942  for this.

Thanks DavidSmile

Martin - listening to the samples on your website now, and I really like what I am hearing.

When you are ready, send me the full album/EP for evaluation by PM, and I will take to the neo team for evaluation, but, as it is, I am confident that we can find a home for you within neo.
