Established in 2001 by Tim Bowness and Peter Chilvers in association with Pete Morgan (www.noisebox.co.uk), Burning Shed is an online label and store specialising in Singer-Songwriter, Progressive, Ambient/Electronica and Art Rock music. Additionally, Burning Shed host the official online shops for Porcupine Tree, King Crimson, No-Man, Medium Productions (Jansen, Barbieri and Karn), 21st Century Schizoid Band, Rothko, Hugh Hopper and Hatfield and the North.

Matt Stevens is a musician and composer from North London. An instrumental artist, he uses an acoustic guitar and a sampler to create multi layered tracks live. His music is compared with artists as diverse as Radiohead and Robert Fripp. He plays live all over the UK. He has released 3 critically acclaimed albums and is well known for his use of social media to connect with his audience. His albums have been downloaded over 4000 times. He also plays guitar in the instrumental rock band The Fierce And The Dead.
