Info is scarce but here is what I have.

The progressive rock band Everfriend were the project of keyboardist Bill Rhodes, active in the 1970s-80s.
Samples are from LP 1981 "Spheres Of Influence" (on vinyl only) but I found rumors about two more albums ("Tropicsphere" and "Snake With A Hat") but I don't know how true is that. There were more line-ups for the album but these are some of the people involved that I know of: Drums - Mike Jacoby, Bass - Paul Kozub, keyboards - Bill "Rhodes" Rupprecht.

Very nice digital symph rock (i.e. lots of digital synth seems to be present)... I'll alert the symph team.
