Islands has is some beautiful passages but I find it uneven overall. My vote goes to Islands. Mirage is one of Camels better offerings, with some classic tracks, but I like every track on Islands...and the vocals are far superior! ------------- Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy! |

| This is a really hard one. Islands is my favorite KC album and Mirage is my favorite Camel album, and I can't say that I prefer the albums or the bands over eachother. |

Mirage is one of THE elite prog albums, so this poll presents an easy choice. I do love Islands though.

The only Camel album that could beat a Crimson record, when compared to a certain 1974 Crimson however... Anyway, one of my favorite albums actually that Mirage. it got something magic. |

I love Islands, but Mirage is probably my favourite Camel album. Islands is a flawed masterpiece IMO and I don't listen to it much, but when I do I enjoy it. ------------- A GREAT YEAR FOR PROG!!! |

Islands is quite good all the way through. I hated it for many years but it has grown well on me, with the exception of the Prelude.
