I don't know, I think the cooler the cover art the better the album.

Mystical Adventures is arguably my favorite Ponty album. Storytelling is also a very good return to a more traditional jazz approach, while Fables and The Gift of Time, among others, exhibit his embrace of new electronic technologies, something he also did in the 70s. I feel like I can't vote in my own poll until I get a copy of Civilized Evil. I've heard it before but it surprised me I don't have a CD of it.
