Since Current 93 just got added. (Yay Bob). I thought I'd make a poll too see which of these dark Prog Folk bands is more loved here.

I have to vote Current 93.

Very glad to hear that Current 93 have been added.  However, my head won't allow itself to put C93 and DCD on pedestals next to each other for judgment and comparison.  It's like asking which do you prefer, Nurse with Wound or the Cocteau Twins?  Mark Rothko or Georg Grosz?  From totally different categories in my mind.

Dead Can Dance, just because I've been listening since the 1990's.

Although I won't promise not to change my vote after listening to the above Current 93 vids. Embarrassed

Hmm, I didn't know Dead Can Dance was on PA and counted as Prog. I have an old friend that likes DCD, but he doesn't necessarily seek out Prog in a programmatic fashion like I do.
