I remember them well Progman. I loved "Rainbow Chaser" with its phasing and futuristic (for the time) sounds. Wasn't it a minor hit single? I first came across them through the Island sampler "You can all join in" which included "Rainbow Chaser". "Tiny Goddess" and "Pentecost Hotel" were also good tracks.

I wasn't so keen on "Local Aneasthetic", which I found a bit dull.

The "All of us" album had a great sleeve, what was the full title again? Something about "The existence of time...........and so say ALL OF US" I think!

Actually I sure  Rainbow Chaser was a major hit  - no. 1 - one of those one hit wonders???? Where's the Guniness Book of Records?

The UK Nirvana successfully sued Cobain and co for using their name!!

Just fished out my GBOBHS Dick.

Thanks for having the right sort of reference - I was probably thinking of one of those Radio Caroline or Radio London charts, that seemed to have The Who at no. one at lot of the time. Still I rememeber it being requested a number of times on Children Favourites (with Stewpot????????????) and thinking thenit was a mighty strange choice for  kiddies.Shocked
