I think these guys should be considered. They do power/prog metal, but in a more extreme style. Very interesting and really kick ass

They did a self-titled EP in 2010, and a full length follow up called 'Cold Winds on Timeless Days' in 2011

Fine Power Metal band indeed, but I would hesitate to call them progressive.
