Well, this band has a really misleading name, as it could perfectly suit to a Miles Davis tribute band, which is not the case, by the way. So, despite the perhaps confusing name, the band (a quartet in their first album, a trio in their second one) hails from Atlanta, Georgia, USA and plays an excellent (and mostly) instrumental rock, highly rooted in the Mars Volta's heavy psychodelia and also the space/jazz-fusion influence of the Ozric Tentacles and Canterburian acts such as Gong and Steve Hillage's solo work.
