Why is there an etc. in a group, does that mean just add similar vocalists? If so i'll take that one.

I guess the inclusion of Cedric Bixler Zavala, David Surkamp, Jocelyn Beaulieu, Demis Roussos and some other high-pitched guys would make the line too long.
 
I vote for the first option. Daltrey and Lake are good vocalists.

Jeff Lynne is in  the wrong section, he should be in the upper with Greg Lake, Paul McCarthney and Steve Walsh, i would even put Lynne in a category above them, as he is in Roy Orbison leaguen if he wants to, he is one of the best singers i have ever heard, rich, warm and thick tone to his voice with lots of character and technique as well, also Eric stewart is a terrific voice
