Arpanet is a project by Gerald Donald, who has been in multiple electronic groups, and recorded under various monikers. The name Arpanet is based after ARPANET, a precursor to the Internet, and Arp synthesizers. Arpanet sounds much like mid-seventies Kraftwerk. This is probably too Electro/Techno for PE, but I think it's fair to think them over.  ^ that voice creeps me the f**k out.
