Arpanet is a project by Gerald Donald, who has been in multiple electronic groups, and recorded under various monikers. The name Arpanet is based after ARPANET, a precursor to the Internet, and Arp synthesizers. Arpanet sounds much like mid-seventies Kraftwerk.
This is probably too Electro/Techno for PE, but I think it's fair to think them over.

I think this one deserves a fair shot. You're right about the Kraftwerk connotations here, and that's also why I am taking this to the electronic quarters.
