I don't like doing these things, but the survivor flood of polls practically force me to...

Based on one proper listen to the clips earlier today, and I know I should listen properly again before posting (neither do I really want to return to even though both show talent): Mar de Robles for me. I find the musical approach more interesting and satisfying with its textures, contrasts, and instrumentation. Neither am I altogether keen on based on what was posted as both feel rather too contrived/ inorganic and I do lean towards more pastoral, explorative and contemplative music (some would say Muzak for some of what I like and some would say crazy for other things I like), but Anima Mundi seems too, I guess, symphonic arena rockish to me. I'm not keen on the English language vocals, and they strike me as AORish.

I only know Mar De Robles but i did give one of their albums 5 stars. Love the bass and how powerful they can be. An easy choice.

What a match. Really great stuff from both, indeed more people shoul stop by this polls and take a listen. Too bad one of them has to go, but I feel I was even better impressed by Anima Mundi. Loved them both, though.

Seems I tied things up for you now and put you into a bit of trouble to get this over, unless someone votes soon. I'm just finding out you didn't include Bubu on this tournament. Now, I've only hear their one album on YouTube, and I expect to buy it some time (though there are Latin American bands I have liked better)... however, I understood they were among the most prestigious Latin American band around (or at least their one album being among the best loved). Sure you didn't miss that one out, Morningrise? Hey, besides I just noticed you are from Buenos Aires... and Bubu are Argentinan, so I guess that would get you particularly interested (just in case for some reason you didn't know them before).

Haven't decided just yet, they are both good. I'm checking them out further more right now, so wait for me.

Although they are both good i tend to like better Mar De Robles style.
EDIT: I must say Anima Mundi are better than some bands already gone for the next level, just my opinion.

This is just leg 1 of the tournament. The competition is divided in 4 legs. Yeah, this is going to be endless, I know. 128 bands participating. Bubu are scheduled for leg 2. In fact, they are the first match of round 2. They will be facing Jaime Rosas.
