Arif is the man. Bowdown Old interview dating back, well considering The Punk Show was broadcasting, I'd say 8 years ago - back when Much Music was actually good. One of the very first bands I ever came to truly love. Oh, and my vote goes to Kezia, easily.

Tough choice for em between Kezia and Scurrilous, I went with the latter as I think they've developed the details in their music better there.

I just recently picked up Scurrilous actually. Were you at all any surprised at their change of sound? I find the record to be so much more stripped down in terms of their signature technicality, and not to mention the more accessible songwriting ethic now. Sort of a let down, not going to lie.

I had it pre-ordered. I didn't find it that different to the previous two albums, but the more I listened to it the more I found was going on, lots of little details all over the place in the music that just werent there on Kezia at least (productions too dense on Fortress for such listening to find anything).

Surprised Triceratopsoil hasent joined us here yet, he tends to champion the band more than any one else.
