I higly recommend Zuzo Moussawer, brazilian virtuoso bassist and composer, for fusion inclusion in PA. A brief bio:
"Bassist since 1985, Zuzo started his musical career playing heavy metal. An year later he played in a blues-rock band called Druidas.
In 1987 he played on a instrumental rock band called Mr. Green. Zuzo played on this band for five years and recorded an album in 1990.
At the same period he recorded jingles and commercials, played on several clubs, and recorded with several Brazilian singers, such as Eduardo Dusek.
In 1994 Zuzo was member of a band called Santa Claus, that was finished an year later. Every since that period of time he’s been playing and recording his own solo projects. He released four solo albums, two video classes and a live concert in Dvd. In 1995 Zuzo released his first video class "Slap & Two-hands Rock"
In 1997 he released his first solo Cd EXPRESS. He composed all song, two of them with Alexandre Blanc. He played the whole album with a doubleneck bass, one fretted neck, another fretless with both hands at the same time, each one in a different neck. This Cd had a rock-guitar-virtuoso style. Several guitar players played on it such as Eduardo Ardanuy (Dr. Sin), Kiko Loureiro (Angra), Frank Solari, Alexandre Blanc, Mauro Hector and Mello Junior, among with drummer Pablo Silva."
