Excellent!! I didn't think they'd ever be able to pull it together again. I wish them the best of luck. I've been following them since I was a kid, and the thought that it isn't over after all has just given me a little mood lift. I saw Camel several times in the 70s - both the original and the Sinclair/Collins line up.
They were unforgettable. They made some of the best music ever recorded. And their 90s/900s output was also top notch.
I just hope we're not raising our hopes unjustifiably but I've a feeling we may not be. I can't wait. ------------- A TVR is not a car. It's a way of life. |

I didn't know that and I'm so happy to hear about it. I always thought their last two albums was their best albums since Nude.

With so many greats passing away last year it is fantastic to hear that Andy Latimer has emerged from the proverbial jaws and is getting back to the music he does so well. Camel's 2003 Farewell Tour is a splendid memory.
So much so, we are now discussing the possibilities for the 'Retirement Sucks' tour in September or October 2013. Please check back from time to time. |
