Which one's the best for you?

All of Neal's epics are listed, except the ones that are made up by many songs, like "?" or The Whirlwind. Vote for your favourite, and may the best epic win! Wink

Very hard to pick, but I vote All of the Above.

And also, just a note, I'm almost certain that My New World was written mainly by Roine Stolt, not Neal Morse, so perhaps it doesn't earn it's place on this poll because it's not really Neal's song.

Three way tie between Duel With the Devil, All of the Above and The Great Nothing, but I had to go with Duel.

Wasn't In Held 'twas a cover? In which it wouldn't be right for this poll either. But I guess the OP was looking for songs which have been played by him or his bands, regardles on whether he wrote them or not.

At the End of the Day just ahead of The Great Nothing. Two great epics on the same disk both excellent.

Probably very close to what I would pick. One and Sola Scriptura are my favourite Neal Morse albums. Never really got that excited about Spocks Beard and got bored quickly with Transatlantic.

At the End of the Day is my favorite. Although The Door is a close second.

It's kind of amazing how many epics this guy wrote.

1. All of the Above
2. Duel With the Devil
3. The Great Nothing
4. The Creation
5. Seeds of Gold

I'll hold off on voting til I've heard more, but so far my favorite is The Conclusion. Can't believe there aren't any votes for it yet! Those strings, and that ending! Wow! You can feel the Holy Spirit moving in that track in a special way.

Why is In Held 'Twas in I here? It's not a Neal Morse song, it's by Procol Harum. Anyway, I'll vote for Duel with the Devil.

I voted for "So Many Roads" off the unfairly maligned LP Lifeline.

3. The Water
