Long Distance Poison are a neo-kosmische synth trio from Brooklyn, NY. To quote their last.fm page, "Erica Bradbury and Nathan Cearley work two vintage synthesizer set ups and the illustrious Casey Block plays treated guitar, dipping our heads into a well of tempered psychedelics, krautrock drone, slow-building waves of horror and joy." That sums it up quite nicely. Akin to Emeralds, Popul Vuh, Vandroogenbroeck, Schulze, Expo '70...

Their soundcloud (https://soundcloud.com/longdistancepoison) is a rabbit-hole worth checking out.
