I heard half of Snakes and Arrows: a decent album of which I like Working Them Angels quite a lot. But I am sure that Clockwork Angels is a return to form: the best they did since Signals.

Clockwork Angels. Their first full-on concept album, and they did a good job. (Thought the book could have been better). Snakes & Arrows over Vapor Trails, only because I know it better, but both are good.

A three-way tie right now.  Does that mean they are consistent or otherwise?  For me, Clockwork Angels dusts the others.
