Dustsucker is like the first album on the post rock page on the site, but I never see people talking about Bark Psychosis. I've recently got into them and I loved them. Can't say if I love them or Talk Talk more (there are certain musical connections imo). So, what is your favorite of the two albums they've released? Discuss. -------------  |

Love them both. Have never been able to enjoy or get into Talk Talk. To my ears, Bark Psychosis are the successor to Brian Eno/David Sylvian/Ryuichi Sakamoto/Robert Fripp work of the early & mid-80s, not Talk Talk. ------------- Drew Fisher https://progisaliveandwell.blogspot.com/ |

Love Post-Rock, love Talk Talk, some of my favourite stuff, never heard these guys though. Okay, I think I may have heard one tune, but I never really got into them. Sounds like I should.

Indeed! You should cancel everything else on your schedule this week and just engulf yourself in BP's smoky, noirish magnificence. Lest we forget, it was in a review of "Hex" that the phrase "post-rock" was first published. What else needs be said? |
