I was just following a link for info on Peter Hammill's 1974 book "Killers, Angels, Refugees" and ran across an article saying Nic Potter died of pneumonia in January 2013.  It's a sad day.  I remember seeing Nic along with Stuart Gordon on PH's 1990 Room Temperature Live tour in San Francisco.  I'll be listening to "The Least We Can do...", "H to He...", "The Quiet Zone...", "Vital", and "Room Temperature Live" to say goodbye.

It's a weird thing but so many of the 70's prog musicians I grew up listening to are all getting up there age wise and I guess seeing them pass will become a regular occurrence in the next 10 to 20 years.

Hi,

You do know that we're not getting any younger, right?

It's a matter of time, and all of us will be gone, too, you know?

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
