Hello everyone,
I represent Ysma, an instrumental prog band from Münster, Germany. We just released our debut record Vagrant which is fully streamable over at http://www.ysma.bandcamp.com" rel="nofollow - www.ysma.bandcamp.com with two songs available to be downloaded for free. As we are kind of new in the whole "advertise your record"-business, I just want to say that everyone interested in our music is more than welcome to stop by and listen in. We are currently looking for dedicated listeners to write a little something about the record, so every comment ist highly appreciated.
Short description of the band: Ysma is an instrumental progressive rock band from Münster, Germany.
Founded in 2009, the quartet combines atmospheric elements and
progressive rock/metal influences, always focussing on the ambience of a
song as well as unconventional rhythms and parts out of the ordinary.
Members: Daniel Kluger - guitar Fabian Schroer - guitar Torge Dellert - bass Jens Milo - drums
Both physical and digital copies are also availabe on the site, for free review copies please feel free to write me a PM.
Thank you very much for listening and all the best from Germany,
Daniel (Ysma guitarist)

This is good stuff and, I think, a shoo-in at the heavy boys I'm sending it their way.

Thank you so much for the kind words, we really appreciate it!
Also, in case Ysma should be added, here is a band picture.

Cheers,

Don't worry, they are under evaluation, and you can follow the progress here: http://progfreak.com/Ysma-156609.html?path=pa/recent" rel="nofollow - http://progfreak.com/Ysma-156609.html?path=pa/recent . Early days yet, but you should eventually see some green 'tick' icons appearing in this chart!

A bio would be much appreciated.

Yay! Lovely album. Since the guitarist for the band is the OP I imagine he might be able to supply a short bio...!

Hopefully Daniel himself will respond to this request (he checked in here earlier today, so seems to be a regular site user, despite making not too many posts thus far). If he doesn't drop by with something within a day or two, then I'll have a go myself.

Thanks a lot, that's good news! :) Our bio is in fact rather short (since we don't spend too much time thinking about things like that), but as a short info we usually state the following:
Ysma
is an instrumental progressive rock band from Münster, Germany.
Founded by guitarist Daniel Kluger and bass player Torge Dellert in
2009, the quartet combines atmospheric elements and progressive
rock/metal influences, always focussing on the ambience of a song as
well as unconventional rhythms and parts out of the ordinary. After
gaining reputation as an ernergetic live band, Ysma released their
first record entitled “Vagrant“ in April 2013. The 12-track album
covers the band's diverse spectrum from purely acoustic tracks to
heavier pieces with a prog metal edge.
So hopefully that'll do? ;) If more promo pictures or anything alike is of good use, I'll be happy to send more stuff over. We do of course have a promo/press package, I just wouldn't know whom I should send it to? Anyways: Thanks for having us!

I know, not the most frequently posting user around. Once my exams are over, I hope for a change ;)
Cheers,
Daniel
