Is it a single guitar track? It has a very layered sound, if that's what you were going for.

The upper mids sound a bit piercing to me. In addition, I think it could use some low-end. Just tweak the EQ settings a tad. Also, the guitar sounds a bit out of tune?

Other than that, nice job
