| Man how that 'Big Money' vid takes me back to '86 when I was in music school-- Power Windows was much improved from the moribund GUP, but how sad it still was to hear our heroes trim and clip and shape those songs until there was almost nothing left. It was truly the age of self-editing, as if it was almost a crime to add that brief extended passage just before Lifeson's solo; God forbid they ruin a perfectly good MTV ditty. |
