Alek Darson is the member (guitarist & keyboards player) of Serbian band Organized Chaos who are already in Prog Archives  http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=7379" rel="nofollow - http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=7379
Panopticon is his solo debut.

" Alek Darson is a composer, audio-engineer and guitar virtuoso. He grew up in Belgrade, Serbia, where he graduated from Viser College, focusing on music production. Later, he enrolled Berklee College of Music, where he perfected his perfomance and compositions skills. His first thought was to become a composer of Classical music, yet he's been drawn to the agressive, melodic and emotional" - from the artist's official website  http://alekdarson.com/" rel="nofollow - http://alekdarson.com/

Recorded, edited, mixed and produced by Alek Darson at Stretch Recording Studios.
Featuring guests:
Milan Jejina Yeqy (drums - 1, 5, 6)
Hadrien Pierson (drums - 2)
Mića Kovačević (drums - 3)
Milena Jančurić (flute - 3)
Vladimir Lalić (vocals - 5)
Eren Basbug (string arrangement & keyboards - 6)
String section: Steve Chieh - Wei Chiu, Dominika Hwang, Alison Dooley, Sadie Currey, Tamer Tarhan, Eden Rayz

"Alek Darson''s Panopticon is one of the best records you haven't heard this year. (...) It's insane dance trough twisting corridors of ever-changing instrumentation, stop-and-go riffs, 90's Dream Theater-sound sections, and enough progressive metal nerdiness to make any fan involuntarily drool. (...) Oh, and take a time to figure out the puzzle for the hiden track "Fingers Painted People". It's downright amazing and worth your time, I swear!"- from review at Metal Injection  http://www.metalinjection.net/bandcamp-buried-treasure/alek-darson-is-hands-down-the-best-composer-you-never-heard-of" rel="nofollow - http://www.metalinjection.net/bandcamp-buried-treasure/alek-darson-is-hands-down-the-best-composer-you-never-heard-of

Good stuff indeed! Don't see any reason why this shouldn't make it through the forge unscathed. Tongue

Oh, I misunderstood that three *yes* votes means that the band is cleared for addition. Sorry, I just don't know to read the charts well Embarrassed
