Both are classic fusion masterpieces. An initial vote goes to RTF's Where Have I Know You Before

Spectrum is a masterpiece, whereas WHIKYB is flawed, and the production is lacking, whereas Spectrum sounds pristine.

I will say though, some of the sounds that WHIKYB produces, especially from Chick's keys, reminds me of a simpler time. It's his electric piano.

When I was at college in the 70s, RTF -- especially this album -- and Passport were always on my turntable. "Where Have I Known You Before" is probably my favorite RTF album, and for nostalgia's sake alone holds a special place in my heart.

It's my favourite RTF album since when I was a kid too. I really loved that Vulcan Worlds track.
