I met Nick Magnus many years ago in Switzerland whilst I was a
member of a Swiss progressive rock band Flame Dream;and Nick was on a
Swiss tour with British guitarist Steve Hackett of the band Genesis. Here is my dear old missed,longtime clever talented keyboardist British buddy Nick Magnus recently doing a little adventure at the MIM museum in Brussels in Europe,on a search for the spooky,scary and horror eerie sounds of the haunted movies of the 50's and 60's called the Ondes Martenot keyboard.  He was inspired to got one by Olivier Messiaen's use of it in the Turangalila Symphonie. Also, most 50s, 60s horror/sci-fi movies used a theremin. Whoops. Paul Anka covered Smells Like the Teen Spirit. Nevermind. (pun intended) Maybe it was Richard Cheese? Thom Yorke wrote the song. Of that much I'm sure.
