This is just from my collection so feel free to mention good stuff I haven't include.  But these seem to have a fair amount of funkiness, musically speaking, and I know there are some prog fans who can't stand funk in prog.

The only two serious options for me here are Black Market, which is arguably my favorite WR album, and Wired. Sorry Jeff, I have to give this one to Zawinul and friends.

I am one of those who do not like much funk in my tunes. Of those listed I only own MO so I voted for that.
