This might be interesting with two avant flavoured albums in Uzed and Mwandishi possibly splitting some votes and the modern RPI album that is powerful and melodic. I'm taking Uzed.

Wow...

since I don't know Univers Zero and I do like Hancock post-Mwandishi era, I go for Il Tempio.

I flipped a coin between Univers Zero and Mwandishi and ended up voting for the first. What an album though! The add on of those drums and the more rocking textures really took their career into another heading altogether. A very welcome one, even if I adore what went before it.
I really don't get that RPi album though, and it bugs the sh*t out of me! I think I'm the only collab to award it with less than 3 stars actually...

Uzed takes the cake, pie, tartlets, and pudding here.

I chose Mwandishi over UZed, but do love both albums.  I have never heard that RPI album.

And Ian too, thanks guys. Yup it's the only 5 star album of the three for me so a no-brainer.
