Hey, this could be in the wrong section sorry if it is, but I was just
wondering, as I glanced over the G section ofprog archives, Giraffe,
Kevin Gilberts old band, is not included in the list of progressive
artists. Why is that?

I wasn't aware that they released any other albums than "Giraffe", which should be listed with Kevin Gilbert.

Apparently, as he played everything on the album, it should be included in his own discography.

I think Giraffe should be actually included in KG's discography instead of separately.Brilliant albums, especially The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway performance at Progfest 94

What about Veiw from here and The power of suggestion? There were some
tracks on those that weren't on Giraffe. And even though he played
everything, did he write everything?

The album Giraffe is a compilation of those 2 albums. The only 2 official Giraffe cds are The Power of Suggestion and The View from Here. And yes,KG wrote everything.

I asked mailto:M@x - M@x about how to add Mike Keneally albums published under different names (Mike Keneally Band, Mike Keneally & Beer For Dolphins), and he suggested to add it all to one single band/artist (Mike Keneally). So I think it would be best to add the album Giraffe to Kevin Gilbert's discography.

OR maybe something like Kevin Gilbert - Giraffe (Giraffe)? No, this looks too silly.
