5 stars Cento was one of the first songs I learned from the progarchives some years ago. I did not know that Italian groups made great music in the 70s; I had no idea what RPI was. So, a big thank you to progarchives for introducing me to RPI. I now seek Italian groups in particular (book by Andrea Parentin is very useful). Banco, along with Quella, Le Orme and PFM, remains a favorite. I like the operatic voice of Francesco, and use of the peculiar Italian instruments for sure but there is also great compositions, wonderful harmonies and rhythm in these pieces. Slow passages and fast (almost manic) paced parts are interwoven perfectly. L'Evoluzione and Cento Mani stand out but there are no weak moments in this album for my liking. I can certainly pick up and listen to this album any time with no regrets.
