4 stars One of my favorite live HW albums, as it provides and valuable look at the otherwise neglected Richards/Tree live up. Released exclusively for Hawkwind Passport holders, the release is notable for featuring four songs from their most recent (at the time) studio set Distant Horizons, all of them bettering their fair studio counterparts. The band also shines on a rocking version of Alien 4's Blue Skin, showcasing this particular line up's punk edge. The performances are all stellar, with only the Hawkwind in Your Area interlude during Brainstorm slipping below par. Overall, this is a essential purchase for Hawkwind fan(atics), making it all the more a shame that it's rather hard to find.
