5 stars One of best metal albums.

This album is not just trash metal, it has progressive elements in all songs. Guitar solos are not just fast , every note is there for a reason. Essential album.

Album starts magnificently with accustic guitar on Battery (9/10), just like Ride The Llightning's Fight Fire with Fire, and gradually turns to metal. When you hear James vocal, in comparison to last album it's much better, and it's going to be even better on next album.

Master Of Puppets (11/10) - Not much to say...

The Thing That Should Not Be (8/10)

Welcome Home (Sanitarium) (10/10) - Song is made to be similar to Fade to Black from Ride The Lightning. Both are great and have different quality's.

Disposable Heroes (8/10)

Leper Messiah (9/10)

Orion (11/10) - One of my favorite instrumentals all time.

Damage, Inc. (8/10) - Has interesting intro, and great guitar solo.
