5 stars For me this is easily the most solid album in the entire discography of Iron Maiden. This is the one Maiden album I can listen to over and over again and not grow tired or bored for weeks of repeated play. Aces High and Two Minutes to Midnight are the best one two punch of pure energy on almost any album I have ever heard and are two of Maiden's best tracks ever released. Losfer Words is a nice instrumental followed by Flash of the Blade which for me is really the only weak track on this album. The Duelists gets this album back on track and Back in the Village is another awesome pure energy track that I is up their with Aces High and Two Minutes to Midnight as my favorite tracks on this album. Powerslave is another one of Maiden's greatest tracks, followed by Rime of the Ancient Mariner which caps off this album with a 13 plus minute masterpiece. This album is truely the best of the best of what Iron Maiden has to offer and is one of the best metal albums ever produced.
