3 stars Blue, the colour of peace and calmness, here the musical chameleons from The Dear Hunter have a hard time, trying to make something that's not their usual kind of stuff - quiet, peaceful music. Nope, TDH were always about emotional bursts full of melody hooks, wild crying out loud. And indeed, much of it reflects here too and you can't call it peaceful (as in minimalistic) album, but they're trying to, do their personal approach to such emotion. Again, I have to admit how diverse this album is, how it manages to capture mood of most these feelings. And again the did it.
