SUBTERRANEA - THE CONCERT

A year ago, I found this DVD with a very expensive price. Can you imagine, it's price was Rp 360.000 (about $40)!!! I instantly bought it although I knew that it was too expensive and realized that 6 months before I had bought the "Subterranea-The Concert" CD. Why? I could not hide my curious to see IQ's performance. Well, this DVD is based from IQ's double concept album "Subterranea" which was recorded in Holland in 1999.

Automatically, you'll find all songs from the "Subterranea" album (including my favorite "Subterranea", "Failsafe", "Tunnel Vision", "Capricorn", and the epic "The Narrow Margin"). You also can find the encore "Human Nature" and "The Wake" as a bonus material. After I watched it and another IQ's DVDs ("IQ20: The Twentieth Annivesary Show" and "Live From London"), I tried to compare them and here's the result. Personally, I prefer "IQ20" as their best DVD so far even "Subterranea-The Concert" is still better than "Live From London". So, as the final words, if you love Neo Prog genre, especially IQ, you better collect it.
