DUOBETIC HOMUNKULUS was founded in 2005 after the first break-up of !T.O.O.H.! due to poor label representation. Based out of Starà Boleslav / Mělník in the Czech Republic, this band, composed of two main musicians along with some guest session players, play a brand of technical extreme metal that incorporates no shortage of unusual musical detours in their style, including elements of jazz, industrial and tradition folk in an almost schizophrenic manner. The music undergoes a significant amount of tempo shifts from blast-beats to lounge-like jazz patterns while a virtuosic display of guitar and keyboard playing roars overhead. Vocals also vary from harsh to clean at any given time, although they are generally used sporadically which allows the seemingly chaotic though proficiently performed style of music to speak for itself. They have released one demo in 2006, ''Části a mechanismy strojů'', and in 2013 they finally released their first full length album ''Ani já ani ty robit něbudzeme, sedněme do koča, vozit se budzeme''. The official band members consists of WALIS on bass and WOKIS on guitars. Fans of !T.O.O.H.! and avant garde acts such as NAKED CITY should check these guys out.
