4 stars US-based artist Bruce Maine is a veteran in the music biz, with a history as a band member dating back to the 70's, and a successfull career as sound mixer, engineer and large scale sound system installer in his past as well.

Elements is his third solo album, and it's a solid release of mellow, melodic prog rock; some compositions with mainstream tendencies while others follow a more traditional symphonic tradition.

It's a well produced affair, quite slick in sound - and fans of such may nothe that it is a loose concept album where global warming is the central theme.

Recommended tracks: The Heat, Red Flags.
