Belye Flagi Zazhigayte Medlenno biography
BELYE FLAGI ZAHIGAYTE MEDLENNO (which translates to BURN THE WHITE FLAGS SLOWLY) is a Russian band from Moscow formed by Ilya SIZOV on guitar and bass, Sasha CHIRKIN on drums, Boris IONOV on guitar and Oleg VAKHROMEEV on keyboards (who also does samples and field recordings).

With a bold and energetic sound that has in recent years come to define the Russia post-rock scene, BELYE FLAGI ZAZHIGAYTE MEDLENNO makes some very intriguing post-rock that ranges from graceful to even post-hardcore type music.

The band formed in 2006 and was known for their stage performances. They came out with their debut album ?Even If The Proletariat Takes The Power Into Its Own Hands, The Spring Will Be Left For Us And The Aims Of War Will Remain The Aims Of War? in 2008 and has since stalled most all activity.
