	Raf (Ghost Rider) was appointed in anticipation. The rest of the team have been re-distributing Martin's old duties.

	I did observe Martin's passive impulse over here, but assumed he's doing background work, like you said. It's a sad news. but nonetheless congrats, Martin, or the work done, generally and particullary and hope you find in the end a way to break out of the relentless rhythm that affects you. (anyone new instead?) (and who remains "in charge" with the promotions?)

	Trotsky (Martin) has stepped down from the admin team. Martin has been finding it increasingly difficult to dedicate the amount of time he would wish to actively performing as a member of the team. The Admin team were quite comfortable with this, but Martin has now concluded that he cannot see any change in the situation coming about in the near future, and has asked to leave the team. Martin has been a great asset to the admin team, and has made an extremely valuable contribution to the running of the site. As is the way with the team, much of what Martin has done has been behind the scenes, and thus not apparent to the members. On behalf of the site owners, the admin team, and the members, thank you Martin. Martin has been awarded the title of "Honorary Collaborator".
