That used to me.

Now it seems most of my female friends are happy, so I'm redundant.  The ones that aren't happy don't ever tell anyone they're unhappy.

More or less my situation.
The times I do get over the shyness hurdle I really don't know what to say

Crack a stupid joke!  That's my basic ice-breaker course of action.

Haa. Works well for you?

Ah.  Therein lies the problem.  Not usually. LOL

Damn it...

My brother's housemate also bought me some moustache wax for Christmas.  I'm not sure where she got it though.

Order it online.

Brian, it's not shyness in my case.  I'm not a shy guy.  I just have nothing to offer conversationally.  I don't watch the same films, don't read the same books, don't listen to the same music and don't really have the same interests.

umm honestly I've never seen one.  If there is, it's downtown, and I don't like to go there due to homeless people and drunks

Well, the moustache is gone as of a few days ago (so it's stubbly) and the neck-part is trimmed to a reasonable length.  It's far less scraggly looking now too.

I would have kept the moustache but I couldn't find wax anywhere Cry
