The Winter Of Our Years - Progressive Rock

This suggestion was never picked up by a team when it was posted here back in October last year, and for that I can only apologise. I've given both albums a quick spin just now, and your project belongs on PA without a doubt, so all we've got to do now is determine which sub genre would be most appropriate.

I'm certainly hearing plenty of symphonic touches in both these albums - and particularly in the most recent one - but the overall feel of the music suggests to me that Crossover Prog would perhaps be the more appropriate sub genre of the two you suggested.

Anyhow, I think it would definitely be worth sending the suggestion over to the Symphonic Team in the first instance, since one member of that team is also a member of the Crossover Team, and thus knows both sub genres very well. If the Symphonic Team ultimately decide to pass the evaluation on to Crossover, then it will certainly get a 'yes' in that sub from me.
